Supporter Service Administrator
ABOUT US The Woodland Trust is the UK’s leading woodland conservation charity. We want to see a UK rich in native woods and trees, for people and wildlife. The Trust aims to engage and inspire people about woods and trees to help us meet our vision of creating, restoring and protecting woodland. But we can't achieve our vision without you! THE ROLE We are looking for a Support Service Administrator. In this role you will process email and postal enquiries, requests, orders, donations and fulfilment packs generated by members and supporters. As an overview the Supporter Service Administrators will work within an administration and customer service setting. THE CANDIDATE As the Supporter Service Administrator you’ll have an exceptional telephone manner and be able to deal sensitively with customers. Comfortable with the Microsoft packages you’ll possess excellent written and verbal communications. Working with data entry you will have a keen eye for attention to detail and be highly organised. Most importantly you will be just as capable working in a team as you are alone. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT There’s no other organisation like the Woodland Trust.
