My client, one of the world’s most well established and successful global consultancies are seeking an experienced Retail Business Consultant (E-Commerce/Digital Marketing/Analytics) to fill a vacancy within their highly prolific digital consulting team located in London (W2). Within this role the successful Retail Business Consultant (E-Commerce/Digital Marketing/Analytics) will be responsible for providing exceptional support in the creation, design & implementation of digital transformation strategies and programs to some of the globe’s biggest names in retail products and consumer packaged goods. Your main responsibility within this role will be to engage with prospective clients and to use the latest and most exciting tools in digital transformation to help these clients achieve smarter & more efficient results within their e-marketing, service & sales functions.

The ideal Retail Business Consultant (E-Commerce/Digital Marketing/Analytics) will have experience in providing consultancy services (Big 4) across Customer Experience Management (CEM), Digital Marketing, E-commerce & Consumer Analytics. It is also extremely beneficial to have commercial exposure involving engaging with clients and understanding the key business drivers around large scale and complex digital transformation, digitisation & customer centricity.   • Educated to postgraduate level, preferably an MBA or within a relevant domain such as marketing
  • Extensive knowledge of Digital domain and Customer Engagement models ; including analysis and best practice of consumer shopping behaviour, e-commerce and loyalty
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills – liaising with key stakeholders is a key aspect of the role
