Service Desk Engineer - 1st to 3rd - London - £30,000 - £40,000

Are you a solid 1st - 3rd line Service Desk Engineer now looking for your next role? Do you have experience of working within a managed service environment, ideally within the financial services space?

The Role

We are a managed service organisation with turnover exceeding $30 million globally. Specialising within the financial services sector, we have over 400 clients ranging from 4 person start ups through to mid sized organisations. With a solid client base in the UK, we are now looking to grow and require a good Service Desk Engineer to join our London based team.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing remote based support. With this you will be providing troubleshooting, helping with planning, design and installation for new and existing clients whilst providing a good user experience.

The ideal candidate will come from a managed service background (ideally in financial or professional services), be experienced in providing 1st - 3rd remote support.

Required Skills

- up to 3 years remote/service desk support experience

- Experience of Exchange, O365, AD, Remote VPN software, DR, Anti Virus etc

- Managed service experience (ideally within the financial industry)

Salary & Benefits

A salary in the region of £30,000 - £40,000
