Managing Director - Claims or Legal
IPS Group are working with a major insurance client who seek to appoint a Managing Director to lead and manage business operations, people and ventures. Your role will be to maximise performance to generate increased revenue.
Leading a team with up to five 'Head of' reports and working along side the CEO you will develop and execute the companies business strategy to ensure growth in business revenue and profitability.
Already a successful business with a great reputation your role will also enhance product offerings and develop new initiatives to meet the needs of the business.
Staff engagement is key. They have a stable workforce with many employees having more than 5 years service. People matter in this business.
You will already be working at MD level within the General Insurance field and have held full P&L responsibility. You will be able to bring MD experience, a proven strong operational background with a bias towards delivering growth and will be comfortable in delivering change that engages with people around you.
This is a dynamic position with a dynamic company who are offering a long term career opportunity. You will put together a 3 or 5 year plan and there is every expectation you will be the one in place to deliver that plan.
The ideal background would be from within either a Claims, Legal Expenses or Solicitors/Legal background.
