What Will You Be Doing?Day-to-day you’ll be providing clients and internal teams with high quality technical support, in line with strict service level agreements focusing on Totara Learning Management Systems.

You will take a proactive approach towards the correct implementation of process and security controls, ensuring the stability and effectiveness of sites we manage. You will fulfil a key role that will help place Kineo as the default choice for global Totara hosting and support.

You’ll be joining a friendly team, working out of our Brighton HQ in close collaboration with our Sales, Learning Content and Learning Platforms teams.
