Location: AZTECT WEST, Bristol

intY is a specialist in Cloud based applications, products and services. We are growing quickly and looking to expand our brilliant sales team in 2017! We are not going to list out a million requirements and unrealistic expectations, instead, below are the things that are important to us. Do they resonate with you?

The Inside Sales role is vital to our business. The main purpose of this position is to source new clients for intY, co-ordinate new business pipeline and build relationships with key decision makers. Every day you will be speaking to many stakeholders from various companies ranging from receptionists and PAs to CEOs, IT and Sales Managers etc. We are looking for someone who is confident speaking with people at all levels, but also someone very resilient who is able to deal with rejection and move on quickly. You won’t need to sell any individual products intY offers, instead you will introduce potential clients to the concept and benefits of buying cloud services from our online self-provisioning platform CASCADE. You will host online presentations / webinars to potential customers to demonstrate how the platform works, so having basic IT skills is quite important.

It is also vital that you are money and target driven. Our targets are very realistic and our Inside Sales Executives have an uncapped commission structure and regularly achieve £30k - £35k OTE.

It would be great if you already had experience working in a similar role, or IT industry, however it’s ok if you don’t. As long as you demonstrate your determination and willingness to learn, we are more than happy to invest in your future, and provide you with all the tools and training needed to succeed in this role.

On the top of everything, you will be working alongside some absolutely fantastic people, in a young and vibrant sales team who in the last year recorded the highest revenue the business has ever seen.

What we offer:

  • Basic Salary: up to £23,000pa (depending on experience)
  • Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (Mon- Fri, 9am-5:30pm, 37.5h per week)
