Innovative and Inspiring Project Manager Required HAIL Wandsworth is a collection of innovative and fun services all aimed at improving the lives of people with learning disabilities, Autism and mental health illness. These include employing over 30 people with learning disabilities and/or Autism as Travelmates and developing individualised care & support packages for a range of customers.  We are passionate about people achieving and developing to their full potential. We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to lead across the services and continue developing great support. With a dedication and enthusiasm to improving the lives of vulnerable people and a willingness to not only lead but get stuck in with the day to day activities of running a busy and demanding services, the Project Manager will be able to prioritise a heavy workload, possess excellent communication skills and be fully committed to the principles of the service. It also helps if you appreciate the richness of London including its public transport system and want other people to access the culture, opportunities and services throughout London. The successful candidate will have held a management role and have experience of working with people with learning disabilities and/or Autism. You need to be able to work under pressure and work in partnership with other agencies. The position is full time 37.5 hours a week and based predominately in the boroughs of Wandsworth and Richmond but does require you to visit Tottenham once a week. We offer you a competitive salary with incentives.             Scp 30 – 32  £25,695 - £27,187 per annum incl. OLW (un-qualified)             Scp 32 – 34  £27,187 - £28,683 per annum incl.
