They currently have both part-time and full-time vacancies in a number of their residential homes. As a Residential Support Worker you will work in partnership with people who are experiencing mental health difficulties using a person centred recovery approach that focuses on maintaining and strengthening their presence in the community. You will have previous experience of working in a residential care environment within the mental health field.
