My client is looking for an intelligent and confident person with a good understanding of IT and some technical support experience, an interest in technology and plenty of ambition!

The role is Software Support Executive assisting customers with technical problems around my client software products.

The successful Software Support Executive will ideally have some understand of software developement life cycle but this is not a pre-requisite, a strong motivation to learn and grow with the company is as important.

The Software Support Executive role will be mainly first line, email and telephone support including set up and training of new customers, user testing of my client system and being mindful of customer problem so changes to the system can be recommended.

It is worth saying this now. Because my client is undergoing a lot of growth and change there will be a requirement for the Software Support Executive to be a little flexible in the first couple of months and assist in the support of the accounts function (a small % of the role). This is until a new permanent person is found which is in the process of being done.
