Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to work for an established bank with over 150 years of history? Working in Clydebank, you will be a motivated Technical Specialist or Senior Software Administrator with some development experience. Using ServiceNow as the main ITSM you will be tasked at event monitoring and IT service management. What does your day look like? Daily admin and support of the ITSM program (ServiceNow) Analyse system, business and data processing issues Build and Manage forms, customisation, workflow and integration Provide outstanding customer service and work alongside stakeholders and external parties What we are looking for: Experience with ServiceNow toolset or similar Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes Configuration across all the ITSM processes Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service Request Management Configuration Management Be Motivating and engaging Fantastic communication skills Have a knowledge of risk and control concepts Scripting knowledge - JavaScript Orchestration toolsets What You will get: Attractive Salary Exceptional Holidays if you want more you have the option to buy them!
