1st Line Support/ Service Desk Analyst, London, £26,000-32,000 pa

My prestigious Client in London is looking for a 1st Line Support/ Service Desk Analyst to join their ever growing team on permanent basis.

Your new role:

* Providing 1st Line Support- helpdesk/ service desk at all levels, including senior partners and stakeholders

Your essential technical knowledge, skills and experience:

* Experience in Windows and Active Directory

* Customer focused with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities

* Excellent stakeholder management skills

* Broad technical knowledge of systems, software, network and peripherals

* Able to work to tight timescales and deal with users who have differing priorities

* Strong problem solving and trouble shooting abilities

* Excellent time management and scheduling skills

* Very good organisation, prioritisation and team working skills

* The ability to interpret and follow technical procedures

* Experience of using help desk/ incident management applications
