SERVICE DESK ANALYST - CITRIX, MOBILE, LAPTOPS, IPADS - NORTH LONDON

Are you a bright self- starter with a bright and positive attitude to problem solving and customer service?

Our client is a large transport organisation undertaking a significant IT Refresh programme

They urgently require a Service Desk Analyst to join their team and deliver the very best customer service across a number of technical areas

You will have around 3 years + experience as a Service Desk / Support role with large user bases of 1000+ and demonstrable commercial experience of:
  • Citrix - XenApp, Desktop etc
  • Windows
  • Mobile Device support (Apple)
  • Laptops / Ipads
  • First Class customer service support
