My Newcastle based large international client have an urgent requirement for 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their existing team on an initial 3 month contract. Due to tight time lines they are looking for someone who is either immediately available or working to a two week notice period.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • The candidate will be responsible for providing Remote 2nd Line Support within a cloud environment of Windows Server 2003/2008R2/XP/7.
  • You will provide telephone technical support to end users, on-site engineers and implementation teams where required.
  • The team will investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents/problems experienced by customers where incidents are raised by the Call centre.
