3rd Line Support Engineer - Bristol - Up to £40,000

I am currently recruiting for a 3rd Line Engineer for my client based in Bristol. My client are a UK wide MSP whose key selling point is the excellent customer satisfaction feedback they receive. The role will be a mixture of on-site and remote work so it will suit a candidate who is a real self-starter and has experience working in support and project backgrounds.

Key Duties
  • Act as the escalation point for technical issues
  • Involved in the full project life-cycle from planning to implementation
  • Act as a mentor to more junior staff when required
  • Maintenance and improvement of client infrastructure

Required Competencies
  • Microsoft Server 08 -12
  • VMware
  • Cisco
  • Office 365
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • MCSE, CCNA, VCP, ITIL certifications (desirable)
