This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's best-known brands within the growing logistics and distribution sector. The business are recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst position, to be based at their new Coventry head office.

  • As the IT Service Desk Analyst you will be joining an established team of IT support staff, covering a wide range of IT issues.
  • You will be supporting a wide array of technologies, including generalist Windows software, through to bespoke application support, all on a 1st/2nd line basis.
  • You will be supporting a large and diverse userbase on an internal basis, logging and taking calls, resolving issues where applicable, and escalating where necessary.
  • One of many key selling points of the role is the chance to work within a global business, but not having to work around a shift pattern. You will work standard, fixed hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • You will be working permanently out of the Coventry head office.


As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be experienced in the following areas at a 1st/2nd Line level:
  • Windows 7/10.
  • Windows Server (administration).
  • Active Directory (password resets / user creation).
  • Exchange Server / Office 365.
  • Application support (troubleshooting).
  • PC/laptop break-fix, configuration.

Job Offer

£22,000 starting salary + additional corporate benefits package.
