Purchase Ledger Assistant Up To £22,000 DOE Based Near Stokenchurch Permanent Brief two-line description of role Our client, a large Multi-national business, trusted by some of the worlds leading brands, has a diverse and challenging Purchase Ledger Assistant role which they are looking to fill as quickly as possible. You will work as part of the finance team, taking responsibility of the accurate and timely processing of invoices and expenses. So, what can a normal day consist of? As well as processing invoices you will be expected to: Reconcile all delivery notes with invoices and purchase orders Reconciliation of supplier statements Review and analyse credit card expenses Setup and process BACS payments to supplier Produce costing reports for projects as required Processing of business expenses Raising purchase order I like it, tell me more! As a Purchase Ledger Assistant based at our clients Head Office, you will work, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30. Additional benefits include Private Healthcare and Pension. What do you want from me? To be considered for this exciting Purchase Ledger Assistant position, you will need the following: At least 2+ years’ experience working in a busy accounts department A relevant Accounting qualification Experienced in using Sage Line 50 Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to work to a high standard including when under pressure Meticulous accuracy Able to multi-task YES, I am definitely interested.
