IT Support Analyst - £20-£25K - Kent - Required strong in 1st and 2nd line support, Windows, Networking, Office 365, Citrix and Active Directory for my Financial Services client based in Kent.

The successful IT Support Analyst will be the first point for all calls received by the IT Service Desk and will provide desk side and remote support.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:
  • Logging and capturing information for all calls reported to the Service Desk
  • Resolving 1st contact support calls
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • Networking
  • Following IT procedures e.g. ITIL, SOX, ISO27001

Please note the working hours for this role are in a shift pattern consisting of early or late shifts and one out of four Saturdays will be required to be worked as a half day.
