IT Service Desk Leader - £32-£37K - Luton - Required strong in Windows, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and ITIL service delivery to work for my reputable organisation based in Luton.

You will report directly to the IT Manager, leading a small team who will be responsible for the 1st/ 2nd line face to face and field support. You will be the technical point of contact so you will need to be strong in up to date technologies as well as being able to having excellent customer services skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Networking (WAN/LAN/VLAN/Wi-Fi etc.)
  • Windows server Administration
  • Technical leadership
  • ITIL Certified
  • MCP or MCSA certified
  • Any candidates with experience supporting multiple sites would be desirable
