2nd Line Support
2nd Line Support Engineer Location: Edinburgh Duration: Permeant/Full Time Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 RZ Group has been tasked to find an experienced 2nd line support engineer to be part of a well-knit team in providing first class support to various clients. The role will require someone who is personable and willing to go out to client sites. Technical Skills: * Experience working in a IT Helpdesk environment * A minimum of 2-3 years supporting Microsoft Windows Desktop and Servers * Exposure to Networking technologies and Internet connectivity configuration * Experience of troubleshooting and fault finding * Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Group Policy configuration and remediation * A driving license and own vehicle is essential as travelling to clients will be required. Desirable Skills: * Cloud / Office 365 experience * Relevant MS certifications Personal skills: * A 'can-do' attitude. * Clear written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage time and adapt to changes quickly. * Self-motivated and dedicated to personal development. * Good at working as part of a team and motivating others.
