Campaigns Manager  An exciting opportunity to work for a UK-wide association.  We are the National Farmers’ Union, the largest organisation that champions farmers and growers across England and Wales. On their behalf, your campaigns will ensure their voice is heard where it counts, locally, nationally and internationally.  Position: Campaigns Manager  Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire  Contract: Permanent, Full time  Salary: Competitive  Benefits 25 days annual leave (plus statutory bank holidays), a contributory pension scheme, and a high quality, friendly working environment.  Closing date: Sunday January 21 2018  Interview date: TBC, provisionally Thursday 1 February 2018  About the Role:  Do you develop and deliver national campaigns that have high impact? The NFU is looking for an experienced, motivated campaigns manager to take forward its award-winning campaigns strategy for its core audiences; political, media and the public.  Working for the NFU means working alongside great people who are recognised for their knowledge and expertise. Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will be part of the NFU’s award-winning team which prides itself on continually improving its output, achievements and impact on behalf of its members.  About You:  With a strong understanding of aligning campaign strategy and tactics to business need, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver campaigns, ensuring quality and innovation in their delivery across all online and offline platforms. Experience of maximising video and social media impact alongside creative print resources and events is a must.  You are driven and energetic with a strong sense of urgency to get things done. Able to multitask and thrive within a changing campaign landscape, you are flexible and positive with a can-do attitude. An expert in fostering positive working relationships, you understand their value to increasing the reach of NFU campaigns.
