First People Solutions are currently supporting an established international Subsea and Marine client who are going through a period of growth. As a result of an increased workload they are seeking a Operations/Project Coordinator to assist in the Yorkshire region. Duties and Responsibilities of the Operations/Project Coordinator; * Co-ordination of deployment and logistics activities * Manage resource planner in line with schedule of inspections * Operational client contact/interface to ensure forward plan of scheduled inspections * Liaise/inform/remain in regular contact with Inspection Team * Co-ordinate purchasing requirements - ensuring inspection team have necessary resources * Assist in the maintenance and quality check of smartcert database and certification/reports * Assist in the management of all project specific paperwork - project costing, tracking, scheduling, resourcing * Track all training files ensuring all certification is valid. Book relevant courses in advance of expiry. * Manage timesheet records * Order and delivery of all tools/testing equipment/rope access equipment to locations as necessary and all associated purchasing paperwork * Update the technician's workbook file with all changes to BMS documentation and re-rev as appropriate. * Produce quotes for inspection, testing and supply of services/equipment * Project Set up - Job Pack set up / Certification / Job Cost Estimate / Job Sheet In return for the above experience, they are able to offer a competitive salary and long term stable employment with genuine routes of progression for committed and career focussed applicants.
