Interim SOP Author Assistant
The successful SOP Author Assistant candidate will work in support of the Process Improvement department at a well-established automotive engineering manufacturing client based in Coventry. This role would involve administrative duties with a particular emphasis on assisting in the writing of Standard Operating Procedures (methods statements). An SOP Author Assistant will also be involved in the Production and Process Layout of the company. This is an interim position with a minimum duration of three months.
Working Pattern: Standard (Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm & Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm)
Reporting Line: Process Improvement Manager
Minimum BTEC in an Engineering related discipline
Experience of this role within engineering/manufacturing environments
Knowledge of SOPs/methods statements
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
Have a working knowledge of production and process layout
A HNC or higher in an Engineering related discipline
Project Management experience
