An exciting opportunity for a University Graduate or a candidate with some corporate experience looking to build a career with a global leader. If you have a passion for working with professional clients, love working in a buzzy sales environment and have an interest in design this is the perfect role for you. The Junior Account Manager will earn a competitive salary of £20,000-£23,000 with the aim of progressing into a full Account Manager in a short period of time. The Junior Account Manager has a vast range of responsibilities within the division including assisting the Account Management team in coverage and helping to grow revenue in the region. The Junior Account Manager will help clients negotiate the design process for bespoke marketing items that will tell a story for their brand or commemorate a corporate milestone. The role will be a blend of sales administration, lead generation, research, project coordination with design teams and productions and helping to close project sales. Duties and Responsibilities: . Coordinate and manage the process of opening and designing new projects. . Review production files for accuracy before approval. . Assist in preparation of billing documentation, particular attention on split billing. . Coordinate research and source items that can be used in bespoke designs. . Take over client coverage when AMs are out of the office. . Help with following up on open projects consistently and chase outstanding projects. . Provide shipping assistance on projects with multiple clients in the UK. . Assist the sales teams with lead development, prospecting and other tasks. . Perform other duties as assigned Skill and Educational Requirements: . Must have a University degree and experience in a customer service/client relations environment. . Strong understanding of sales and customer service . Excellent command of English both written and spoken, with the ability to interact smoothly, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously . Second EU language is a bonus! . Ability to deal with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills . An interest or passion for design would be a plus. . A second language would be a plus. . Hard working organised . Excellent social skills with pleasant personality and professional appearance . Ability to work independently, goal-oriented and self-motivated .
