Supporting the Training Manager in all areas of L&D Main Tasks and Responsibilities •Identifying and delivering training objectives •Assess employee’s competence through various assessment tools and techniques •Assist Training Manager with cost and budgeting relating to training •Writing training documentation to support learning development •Contribute to the development and tracking of delivery schedules and plans •Delivery of training material trough face to face training sessions •Prepare the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment where appropriate •Planning and working flexibly to achieve deadlines and business objectives General Cloudfm expects all staff to accept the following General Responsibilities, irrespective of seniority to: •Maintain confidentiality at all times as appropriate to a commercial environment •Comply with current data protection legislation and at all times respect the confidentiality of information, in particular personal information, in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act •Comply with any Quality and Environmental standards of the Company •Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, operating instructions and codes of practice on business ethics •Travel as required away from home or the normal place of work for business purposes or training •Carry out other duties not specified in the Job Description as required by the Company within the remit of the role Health and Safety •Cloudfm’s Health & Safety Policy (extract) – Cloudfm Group takes health and safety extremely seriously, the Company firmly believes that pro-active health and safety management makes good business sense.
