This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and experienced customer facing, sales orientated, candidate looking to take the first step into holiday home sales. We are looking to expand an existing team at our exclusive holiday park in Stratford Upon Avon, with an ambitious hard working trainee Sales Executive. Full training will be provided with a view to being fully trained in 6 – 9 months, when the salary and commission structure will be reviewed. You will be trained to sell holiday homes working within a sales team on a busy holiday park. You will guide customers through all aspects of holiday home ownership and demonstrate how the area, park and holiday home will suit their needs. You must be able to build strong relationships and able to give accurate financial information. The Role As A Trainee Complete the training to a high standard learning both sales skills and compliance Welcome and make customers feel comfortable in the office Out bound phone calls to prospective customers who have enquired about ownership Assist with open days and exhibitions Support the current sales team with their day to day operations Once at a competent level you will start to manage your own customer base under mentorship Key Responsibilities/Duties Once Fully Trained: Maximise holiday home sales opportunities Develop new marketing ideas and strategies to generate a high level of interest within our existing customer database and for new customers. Monitor sales as they proceed and liaise with all interested parties through financing, solicitors and conveyance. Dealing with all sales enquiries through effective CRM management and telesales To be aware of market trends and to be able to adapt to maintain sales drive Provide a high level of customer service throughout the buying process and continuing on through the ownership experience. Ensure all stock and offices are well presented at all times Requirements: Able to work to targets Have a good understanding of the sales process Have a friendly and outgoing personality. Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with all customers High levels of computer literacy Great telesales skills and comfortable selling on the phone. A team player that can operate in a fast pace environment Able to think on their feet and resolve customer issues.
