The company

Our client seeks a highly credible Senior IFA Administrator to work in their wealth management environment to provide day to day administrative and technical support for their products and services. As a market leader the firm provides expert advice to private clients and businesses on insurance, healthcare, employee benefits and financial planning.

The role

To provide support and assist in the proactive management of own workload establishing effective relationships with clients and Advisers. Providing a professional service acting as a primary point of contact for any servicing issues and where required escalating for resolution. You will produce professional and complete documentation/correspondence in a compliant manner within timescales confirmed by relevant SLAs. Ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise enquiries effectively keeping the Team Leader informed of workload.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a busy financial planning office. It is highly preferable for this role that you have a real aptitude for technology plus experience of WRAP platforms and back office systems such as Intelliflo. The role will be demanding so you need to be able to deal with pressure and prioritise your workload when urgent tasks arise. Ideally you will have an industry recognised qualification such as CF1 or RO1 although this is not essential if you have a very string understanding of the IFA market place.
