Sous Chef - Contract Catering - Mon-Fri £26-30k
Tonic are searching for a Sous Chef for a leading contract catering business in Birmingham, to commence work as soon as possible. The role is very challenging and requires excellent organisation, team work and a flexible approach. You must have experience cooking for very large numbers with FRESH ingredients.

- Have stable work histories, any short durations can be explained due to valid reasons
- Are passionate about food, service and hospitality
- Are team focused and driven to be the best they can be
- Have a solid knowledge of how to organise a kitchen and communicate clearly at all times
You may be a strong CDP/chef de partie, sous chef or even a head chef searching for the next challenge. The successful candidate will be contracted to 40 hours a week. Conference and banqueting experience is beneficial but not essential.
