PART TIME FACILITIES ASSISTANT We are currently seeking an organised and processed driven individual to join our client based in Leatherhead. This post will be on a part time basis (25 hours per week) and the postholder will be responsible for overseeing key office processes and logistics to ensure the smooth running of the office. Responsibilities Include: * Ensuring the smooth running of the office at all times. * Keeping the office tidy and presentable for all guests and visitors. * Collating and sending out important documents to customers. * Receiving and processing deliveries, ensuring that all items have been received without damages to the goods. * Maintaining stock levels for office literature and merchandise. Informing relevant employees when items are low. * Picking and processing customer orders and sending these out promptly and printing out order forms to pass onto the finance department. * Taking orders and payments over the phone. Specifications Required: * Must be able to commit to part time working hours (25 hours per week - these are to be worked over 5 days). * An organised individual with an eye for detail. * Friendly and confident communicator. * Procedure driven and proactive with a positive "can do" attitude. * Able to multi-task and work towards strict time frames. * Able to prioritise tasks and coordinate own workload.
