Job Title - Business Development Manager - Corporate Insurance

Salary - £40,000 - £70,000 + car, bonus, pension, benefits

Your role

·With all the support you would expect from a global top 10 insurance brokerage, your role will be to nurture winning business relationships with corporate clients across the Midlands region.
·Your prospects will require complex, usually bespoke insurance and risk management programmes which requires a thorough understanding of the risk, you will appreciate that new business wins rarely come overnight, instead requiring long term planning and a strategic approach to building trust and positioning your team as market experts…
·The role will see you act as the regional face of this global organisation, meeting clients, presenting solutions, securing business, etc., as well as representing the business through networking, industry events etc.
·The role exists within a driven, corporate environment with serious rewards available.


·You will demonstrate a track record of winning large scale corporate accounts, you may be within a national broking background, or currently exceeding expectations with a smaller business and ready to prove yourself at the highest level.
·You will demonstrate an understanding of complex sales cycles and of corporate insurance products - whilst this is a development role, with technical support inhouse, you will want to be credible with key clients.
·You will be an ambitious individual, polished and professional and ready to work with one of the markets biggest names.
·Insurance qualification, or work towards are preferred.
