MB Fitzgerald are currently working with the Financial Planning team of an exclusive Wealth Management business to recruit a Client Support Administrator for their Manchester branch. Our client, who work at the very highest end of the market, was founded 2 years ago in by Senior Executives with backgrounds in Private Banking and Financial Planning; companies such as Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and Baker Tilly.

They have been set up to compete with Private Banks and Major Discretionary Fund Management businesses.

When the company was founded, Financial Planning was offered as an additional service, however, they now see it as integral to their offering and every one of their clients is put through a personal Financial Plan as well as being offered investment services. This, alongside natural organic growth, has created the need to recruit a Client Support Administrator to support their Financial Planners and Private Bankers. They expect the team to grow in the next year so this is a very exciting time to be getting involved with the business with opportunities to progress.

The role is very similar to that of a Financial Planning Administrator, responsibilities including; processing of business, chasing providers for quotes on Pensions/ Insurance products, preparing meeting packs etc. However, the type of client you will be dealing with and the way that the company work means that you will also be supporting the Private Banking team and will be involved with other areas such as Lombard Loans, Private Equity, Segregated Accounts, ETFS, Offshore Bonds, SIPPs, Cashflow Modelling (for which they have their own in-house system). Private Banking experience is not essential as training can be provided on these areas, in fact, there will be plenty for most new recruits to learn in this position.

Working exclusively with UHNW individuals, this company are seeking highly competent, motivated individuals to help drive the business forwards. Nearly all members of staff are Graduates and have strong academic backgrounds as well as a good level of Professional Qualification so you will be expected to meet these standards and continue your development.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Financial Planning or Private Banking Administrator capacity.
