Due to expansion this FTSE 250 company is looking to recruit a Relationship Manager for 12-15 months to cover maternity leave. The role is to proactively manage the day to day relationships with existing corporate partners of the organisation. Reporting into the Strategic Partnership Development Manager you will work closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships, Strategic Partnership Development Manager, Retail Distribution team and Marketing, feeding into the marketing plans, processes, activity plans and budgets.

You will be responsible for the delivery of budgeted marketing activity delivered through allocated partnerships, ensuring the activity is agreed with partners and delivered in a timely manner. In addition to day to day relationship management, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and spearheading the proactive development of existing partnerships. The role will have the responsibility of dealing with all partner communication, including running regular meetings, campaign reporting, commission reporting, annual price rises, contract reviews and dealing with any adhoc questions or queries.

Profile:
Face to Face sales experience and/or Direct Marketing Experience an advantage
Strong financial acumen
Proven communication and influencing ability, with particular regard developing enthusiasm and interest amongst internal and external customers.
Experience dealing with large businesses and the roles played by product suppliers and affinity partners
Self motivated enthusiasm for the job
Good time management and organisational skills
Account management experience with personal responsibility for sales delivery
The ability to liaise at a cross-functional level within an organisation.
Ideally graduate level or professional marketing qualifications
Well developed PC skills: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer
