Clinic Coordinator
Central London

Our client is a Leader in High End Ophthalmic Clinic and is looking for an integral part of their team to to coordinate the patients, clinicians and nurses in their flagship London Location and keep everything running smoothly, ensuring patients always receive the highest possible standards of service.

Your role will involve meeting and greeting patients to ensure an outstanding level of customer service is provided. You will also manage and coordinate busy Surgeon and Optometrist diaries, communicate with the nursing and sales team in order to facilitate a smooth patient journey.

You will also take care of patients on their day of surgery; reassuring and guiding them, booking appointments and dispensing drops.

This is a full time position with shifts between 06:30-15:00, 08:00-16:30, 9:00-17:30 and 12:00-20:30.

In order to successfully apply of this role you should have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer facing roles (including Retail/Front of House and Reception). You must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong clerical and administrative experience using computers (including a working knowledge of a simple database application, word, excel, email and Internet).

A post-secondary education will be advantageous, as will a focus on good problem-solving and organisational skills.
