Are you desperate for more strategic responsibility?Operating in both the business and academic markets, our client is one of the largest independent publishers and has been established for over 50 years.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Executive; working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team, you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of tasks to support the marketing team, authors and web customers. Day to day you’ll be involved in:

  • Strategy; create a strategy for each of your distinct areas and bring that plan to life
  • Commercial; create partnerships with leading bodies and associations to help drive awareness and revenue for the company
  • Copy; translate the persona needs into exciting and captivating copy to use in your campaigns (email, print, PR, newsletters)
  • Campaign Management; manage a diverse range of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Events; organising and attending book launches

Skills & experience the Senior Marketing Executive must have;

  • Marketing experience from the publishing sector
  • Strong campaign management skills
  • Ability to operate strategically
  • Good knowledge of modern digital techniques
  • Strong verbal communications skills
  • Ability to manage various projects in a past paced role
  • Excellent attention to detail

Salary & benefits for the Senior Marketing Executive role;

£26 - 28,000 basic + £2,000 bonus
