HR Systems and Data Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and talented HR Systems and Data Specialist to play a key role in the development and continuous improvement of a 'leading edge' Shared Service Partnership working for a large public sector organisation based in South Manchester.
As well as playing a key role in the development of a 'best-in-class' service, our candidate will work as part of a busy team providing a full business system administration and user support for a large HR Shared Service Centre; including systems maintenance and upgrades, testing, user security and development of new systems and modules.
This role also includes provision of a comprehensive management information service working within information governance protocols, as the HR Systems and Data Team is responsible for providing all intelligence reports to partnership members. You will be responsible for the more complex and in-depth data analysis requested from the team, so the ability to deal with large volumes of information while maintaining a high degree of data integrity is essential. You will also provide Shared Service system users with the skills they require to maximise productivity through training, delivery, documentation and query management of relevant HR systems and data.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience of Midland iTrent and Business Objects or a similar corporate HR, finance or payroll system such as SAP or SAGE with experience of producing management reporting. You will need to demonstrate ambition, drive and resourcefulness; a positive 'can do' attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a busy team.
