Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant, to be based in Richmond, North Yorkshire.

The Role:

  • To manage payments to suppliers in accordance with company policy
  • To check, record and pay employees‘ expense claims
  • To process monthly credit card statements
  • Check purchase invoices against purchase orders and goods received records
  • Enter purchase invoices on SAP
  • Schedule payments to suppliers and make payments on due dates
  • Meet all monthly and annual deadlines
  • Raising sales invoices on SAP, and other sales ledger input if required to support sales ledger staff
  • Credit control support
  • Other financial duties as necessary to support members of the finance team, or to provide cover in their absence

Salary:

£21,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
