Credit Control Team Leader
A rapidly growing and very successful family owned business with a multi-million-pound turnover are seeking a Credit Control Team Leader to oversee a small receivables team at their modern head offices near Thame.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your role will be responsible for overseeing and assisting the accounts receivables team of two Credit Controllers as well as liaise with the Asset Finance Manager, Sales Team and Senior Management daily in relation to cash flow reports, queries and through to payment. Additionally, you’ll be dealing with Finance providers for sorting and dealing with escalated customer accounts from both queries and overdue accounts. As Credit Control Team Leader, your focus is to ensure work is completed in timely and positive fashion whilst ensuring your team deliver a professional and customer focused service. Alongside your key role, you will also be responsible for maintaining debtor days and ageing profile KPI’s as well as ad hoc duties to include project work, analysis and business development.
To be successful for this position, you will possess a wealth of experience across credit control and have demonstrable team management exposure. You’ll be a strong team player, with outstanding written and verbal communication and customer service skills. It is essential that you are an intermediate to advanced Excel user (VLookup/Pivot Tables) and be confident using various other computer systems. Advanced administrative skills are also a requirement.
