The Job Role:
- This is an all-round lead generation role - calling B2B customers daily.
- Making between 50 - 70 quality cold and warm calls per day - quality over quantity!
- Establishing decision makers/Influencers within the business.
- Fact finding to understand the clients business requirements now and for the future.
- Generating qualified sales leads for the client’s sales team to follow up.
- Working to achievable targets
Experience / Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Telemarketing, Lead Generator or telephone based Customer Service role is highly beneficial.
- If you have no experience, you should be self-motivated, inquisitive, driven and have attention to detail and want to gain skills to become a first rate Telemarketer/Lead Generator.
- Own Transport is ESSENTIAL due to the limited bus service to the location
- A temporary hourly rate of £7.50 - £8.00 ph.
- A permanent role available for the successful candidate following a successful probationary period.
- A permanent salary of £17,000 per annum + uncapped commission.
