Credit Control Administrator

£8 - £10 per hour
We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Control Administrator to join our Credit Control team in the Central Support Office.
The role will involve the evaluation of new credit applications as well as the housekeeping of existing customer accounts. You will be responsible for the logging and maintenance of customer queries, liaising with both internal and external customers. You will be required to perform administrative tasks within the role which will include answering the telephone, sorting mail, monitoring and answering customer emails and correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background, a sound knowledge of Microsoft office, the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Good organisational skills are essential as well as the ability to work individually and as part of a team. Credit Controller experience is desirable but not essential for this role.
