Digital Display Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Transformation Team: Key projects are being driven forward in the areas of Digital Advertising, Website, CRM, Data/Analytics, Digital Planning & Operations. The team are looking for high caliber, self-motivated and results driven individuals to help lead & execute change at this exciting time.

Role:

As a senior Display Marketing Manager you will be focused on leading digital acquisition and engagement across display and social channels. Working as a senior source of expertise with our regional marketing teams to offer guidance and counsel as to how they develop best practice digital display marketing campaigns using technologies and data to target and message effectively.

Working very closely with the Marketing Analytics team and digital channel teams to develop the channel and drive Acquisitions, Engagements and return on investment (ROI). Your experience, Campaign Performance data and new technologies will influence your approaches, strategies and ultimately recommendations/best practices.

Providing wider thought leadership in the function to drive forward new strategies for creative testing models, programmatic media buying and social acquisition/engagement opportunities. Your 'test and learn' mindset will give you the chance to explore new possibilities by collaborating with regional marketing colleagues across our matrix structure as well as benefiting from the very best external sources of expertise - further deepening your awareness of emerging market trends and developments in this arena.

Experience required:

  • You will be an experienced Digital Marketing specialist well versed with display marketing tactics (For Brand, Direct Response/performance, Engagement campaigns), technologies, tracking and measurement methodologies.
  • You will have strong attention to detail and an entrepreneurial attitude to the workplace.
  • Hands-on experience of digital channels such as display, social, search and mobile
  • Experience in planning and buying digital media, understanding of the digital marketplace, inclusive of ad-tech and programmatic opportunities
  • Familiar with a range of media technology (standard ad servers i.e. Sizmek, DoubleClick, Flashtalking and Viewability products e.g. Integral AdScience)
  • Excellent relationships with media owners
  • Strong experience of delivering and optimising marketing campaigns to performance metrics
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a passion for testing and optimising
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; working under pressure and prioritise workload
