I am currently recruiting for a legal 500 law firm based in Manchester City Centre, who provide cost-effective, high quality legal services and advice for individuals and businesses as well as being a full-service law firm, offering the highest standard of client experience. The firm is now seeking someone to join their growing organisation on a permanent full time basis.

The successful Conveyancing Customer Service Advisor does not require previous conveyancing experience although it would be a benefit if the candidate was to have it. You will need some form of Customer service and call handling experience to be taken into consideration. The role includes being in first point of contact with clients so to succeed in this role having a suitable manner when answering the phone is vital. This is a marvellous opportunity for somebody looking to progress their career as a Conveyancing Customer Service Advisor.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Customer Service and Call Handling experience
