Pure are working with an award winning commercial business who are developing their IT function throughout 2018. As a priority, we are hiring a Support Analyst to join their challenging service desk in their Southern Essex offices. The service desk supports customers in the UK and partners across the world.

The role will primarily consist of providing 1st and 2nd line support as well as becoming involved with projects assisting the development and training team, who support the company's networks and user understanding across the group.

• Previous experience in a L1 or L2 role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to take ownership of a problem and ensure its resolution
• Experience with Microsoft product suite, Zendesk, Citrix, Active Directory, Office 365
• Genuine interest in technology issues and trends
• Driving licence and own car
