Claims Control Manager
A permanent position has become available for a Claims Control Manager reporting into the Head of Operations. The Claims Control Manager will liaise with the insurers and their suppliers around the Claims service being offered to all of our customers across all of our brands. This will be done by measuring and monitoring the performance of the brand from a Claims perspective, and to proactively seek improvements in relationships, process and service. They will also be involved in any claims activity that affects the Group and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Actively engaging with insurers to seek improvements to service, relationships, processes and cost.
- Measure, monitor and reporting on Claims performance against agreed service levels and conducting quality control audits as required.
- Agree and monitor the Insurer MI requirements around Claims and maintaining records as well as dealing with a broad range of enquiries from Insurers, Claims Suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Assist and have input in the Operational Management Team.
The required skills and experience for this vacancy include having extensive Management experience in a Claims or Service role plus experience in Relationship Management, dealing with external partners and internal stakeholders at a high level. Good technical knowledge is needed at a level to be able to discuss claims and service with both Insurers and Claims Suppliers so excellent communication skills are necessary.
