Purchase Ledger Clerk (Leeds, £16-19k)

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a successful Leeds business who have experienced significant growth in recent years. They are looking to identify a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team, and are based in Headingley with on site parking.

Role:

The Purchase Ledger Team play a key role in the day to day operations of the Finance Department.

Duties will include:

  • Matching, batching and coding incvoices
  • Matching invoices to Purchase Orders
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with a range of supplier queries
  • Process staff expenses
  • Utilise internal online approval system

Person:

  • Experience within a similar purchase ledger position
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Positive attitude and comfortable working in a busy environment
