We are on a mission to be the partner of choice for developing people and their communities. Reed in Partnership is a public service provider specialising in skills training for the long-term unemployed, increasing employment opportunities by working with employers and providing youth services.

The role

As an Account Manager working on our National Citizen Service contract, you'll have the opportunity to engage with our providers and subcontractors. It's a really varied role, involving performance management, relationship building and even going out to visit our delivery partners! You'll play a fundamental role in the smooth running and successful delivery of the programme to young people across the South East.

Key accountabilities

Your main responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that all parties are working to achieve agreed performance levelsEngage with stakeholders to gain feedback to ensure continuous improvementManaging subcontractor and paid partner pricing and negotiationsUndertake site visits to check that subcontractors and partners meet the terms and conditions set out in agreements and contracts.

Required skills and experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsGood time management, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloadExperience of managing multiple accounts.Experience of using analysis to agree clear action plansOwn transport and willingness to travel locally

Ability to work under own initiativeTechnical skills including the ability to interpret and/or use MS Project and Visio.Awareness of an interest in the Welfare to Work Industry
