Our client is an internationally renowned and prestigious Luxury Goods Company based in North West London. The client are currently recruiting for a Graduate Logistics Administrator to join them and oversee the Administrative Function of the Shipping team.

Duties include:

*Providing Administrative Support to the Shipping team
*Dealing with all incoming enquiries
*Handling all incoming calls and emails
*Liaising with haulage companies ensuring the stock is transported and delivery is on time
*Arranging and completing all associated paperwork and customs documents
*Liaising with Customs
*Liaising with warehouses and monitoring stock levels
*Liaising with international clients and suppliers both in the UK and worldwide
*Updating in-house database
*Processing invoices
*Updating Delivery status reports

Skills and attributes:

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Highly numerate with excellent IT skills (Excel)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Well presented and well spoken
* Highly organized
