Purchase Ledger/AP/P2P Clerk (Temp to perm)
RattrayParkin are recruiting for an interim AP/P2P/Purchase Ledger clerk to join a busy Leicester based business. The role will be offered on a 6-month fixed term contract and will then become permanent.
We are looking for a candidate who has the necessary experience of:
- Invoice processing
- Credit card claims
- Contribution slips
- Supplier queries
- Statement reconciliations
You will be able to effectively investigate and answer customer queries by phone and email.
Ideally you will be familiar with KPI’s and SLA’s within a customer focused finance team. Experience of high volume processing would be an advantage.
As an individual, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Common sense
- Good worth ethic
- Able to prioritise workloads
You may have previous AP experience or be willing to learn.
