The opportunity:

This a great opportunity to enter the world of payments and fraud and utilise your skill set by supporting the Revenue Assurance Manager to drive payments strategy through the management of payment and fraud related projects across multiple platforms. The projects will be cross-departmental, have a global impact and range from new payment methods, to operational tools and user facing features.

This is a challenging global, operational focused role integral to the success of Revenue Assurance.

Key responsibilities

? Data analysis to understand the payments ecosystem, suggesting improvements and optimisations

? Ad hoc and proactive analysis and investigations into optimisations and enhancements to improve KPIs

? Relationship management with internal stakeholders as well as external payment suppliers (PSPs, acquirers and fraud solution providers etc)

? Develop and improve internal processes so they are streamlined and automated where possible

? Support the running of concurrent projects of all sizes from bug fixes to new integrations

? Support the revenue assurance team to ensure collaborative learning and knowledge sharing Required skills and experience

? You should be able to describe yourself as a proactive, curious, out-the-box thinker and problem solver

? Ability to hit the ground running

? Excellent data analysis skills, Intermediate SQL and Excel a must-have

? Experience in a fast-paced environment

? Experience in working for an ecommerce company dealing with online payments or fraud ideal but not required

? Effective and proactive relationship management with internal stakeholders and external partners
