Job Title: Technical Paraplanner

Location: St Albans

Our client is a long established financial planning company of 40 years nearly 40 years. They are now looking for an experienced paraplanner to come on board to their ever-expanding team.

Responsibilities:

To provide technical administrative support to Financial Advisers

To produce accurate compliant client reports for Financial Advisers

Assist in updating compliant client report templates

To collect relevant data in order to complete the reports

Produce quotations on financial products for comparison

Processing of investment, pension and protection new business and following the case through to completion

Collate and upload all relevant correspondence to our back office system to submit cases for compliance checking

Assist in client meetings when requested

Type letters and draft routine correspondence

Complete annual review procedure

Maintain all necessary systems

Skills/competencies: Familiar with Word and Excel

Report writing skills

Good team worker

Good written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised

Able to exercise initiative

Qualifications: Financial Planning qualifications

Experience required: Experience in a similar role or in financial services
