Due to continued success and growth, our client is now looking to recruit for a Content & Social Media Specialist to be the voice of the company. If you are a creative individual who thinks outside the box, inspire renovation and are solution oriented, then this will be the perfect role for you.

Duties:

  • Develop and structure the Social Media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns that promote the companies brand and activities
  • Ensure all content is "on-brand", consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for SEO and GoogleAnalytics.
  • Develop the editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with designers and copy writing agencies.
  • Follow financial related news and generate ideas around trending topics.
  • Edit, proof read and improve content from other contributors in the company.
  • Share content through various channels, ensuring a strong web presence.
  • Responsible for all content marketing to drive traffic and engagement through social media channels

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to examine and present content and Social Media performance
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
  • Experience in leading a social media strategy and content role
  • An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
  • Background in journalism is a plus
  • Financial/banking industry knowledge is a plus
