My client are a established yet growing provider of IT Managed Services. Due to continued success and growth they have a urgent requirement for a 1st line Helpdesk Analyst. As 1st line Helpdesk Analyst you will have outstanding telephone communication skills and a natural flair and IT Troubleshooting ability. It would be a massive bonus if the 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst is competent is ConnectWise.

The 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst will be able to demonstrate skills in the things like Windows Server, AD, Exchange, O365, DNS, DHCP etc
